Refund policy

We are sorry to hear your products didn't work out. In the event that you would like to start a return, we have a 20-day return policy on all regular-priced UNOPENED and UNUSED products. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We unfortunately CANNOT offer returns for OPENED and USED products as we cannot resell or recycle them. We do this to promote eco-conscious buying and encourage our customers to do their research, due diligence, and read through the product information before purchasing any of our products.

We also cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

To start a return, you can send us an email at albay.hiraya@gmail.com with your name, order number, address, and the reason for the return. Please note that returns will need to be accepted by us before return instructions are sent out. Any shipping charges or associated cost to return the items will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your items. Items sent back that are ineligible for a return will not receive a refund and will be sent back to your address. 

Within 7 days of receiving your return, we will inspect the items and notify you if a refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from approving your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at albay.hiraya@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue right away.

Exchanges

We unfortunately cannot offer exchanges. You can request for a return of your unopened/unused product but you will need to place a new order for the new items you want.
