Great for dry/dehydrated skin!
Probably my favourite product out of all TOUN28 products! The only toner that worked best for hydrating my skin during the winter and I have combination skin. Works really well with other TOUN28 serums. Love that is has mild Vitamin C. Have already gone through a couple empties.
